Quantella Simmons-Kinard is a Team Owner & Licensed Broker leading The Link Group, brokered by Real Broker, LLC, out of Anderson, South Carolina.
She started her real estate career at Keller Williams Western Upstate in 2015, spending seven years on the Agent Leadership Council and serving as an Agent Mentor and regional Social Equity Ambassador before founding The Link Group.
Today she leads a team providing buyer, seller and investor representation across South Carolina, Northeastern Georgia and Southern/Western North Carolina — plus international real estate in the Dominican Republic. The team speaks Spanish and specializes in first-time home buyers, relocation and new construction.
