Quantella Simmons-Kinard is a purpose-driven Real Estate Specialist/Broker who prioritizes her faith, family and professional endeavors — building a business guided by high standards and a genuine desire to help people find home.
She started her real estate career at Keller Williams Western Upstate in March 2015, spending seven years there and serving on the Agent Leadership Council, as an Agent Mentor, and as the region’s Social Equity Ambassador. In 2022 she moved her team, The Link Group, to Real Broker, LLC, where she is now a licensed broker in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.
Based in Anderson, SC, Quantella leads a high-performing team providing expert representation for buyers, sellers and investors across South Carolina, Northeastern Georgia and Southern/Western North Carolina — and internationally in the Dominican Republic. The team speaks Spanish and specializes in first-time home buyers, relocation and new construction.
Her honors include being a 3-time Community Culture Award winner and 3-time Top 2 “Best of Your Hometown” Realtor, and she is REEA (Real Estate Educators Association) certified.
Beyond The Business
Quantella’s daughter has been dubbed “the real estate kid” on The Link Group’s own site — before she could walk and talk she was helping close deals. Real estate is a family mission for Quantella, who also founded the Value Village Collective, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit promoting financial literacy and homeownership support for families in Anderson County.
